With over 15 years’ experience, I design personal training around you — your goals, lifestyle, and the type of exercise you enjoy. There’s no fixed package, just a plan that gets results and keeps training enjoyable.

Most clients train with me at Anytime Fitness Croxley, using modern, well-equipped facilities.

Prefer not to use a gym? No problem — I also train clients at home, in home gyms, or outdoors in Croxley Green, Rickmansworth, Chorleywood and nearby areas.

Silver Plan

£ 600 £60 per session

All sessions are 40 minutes long and have a 4 month time limit on except 100 sessions where there is a 1 year time limit

Most clients train with me at Anytime Fitness Croxley, a modern, premium gym set within the beautiful Croxley Park business estate. The space is well-equipped, spacious, and ideal for focused one-to-one training.

Prefer not to train in the gym? I’m fully flexible and can also train you at home, in your home gym, or outdoors.

I’m reliable, punctual, and genuinely understand the common barriers that stop people from exercising. Every session is tailored to you — not just your age, size, or fitness level, but your personality too.

Some people thrive on high energy and tough encouragement, others prefer a calmer, supportive approach, and many sit somewhere in between. I’ll take the time to understand what works best for you and coach you in a way that helps you get results and enjoy the process.

If your goal is to lift very heavy weights or train like a competitive powerlifter, a gym is probably the better option.

But for most people who want to get stronger, fitter, healthier, and feel better in everyday life, training at home can deliver excellent results. With the right plan and coaching, home workouts are highly effective.

And if you do have a home gym, I’m more than happy to train you there too.

I’ll come to your home with all the equipment needed, and you don’t need loads of space — a normal-sized lounge is usually more than enough.

Each session typically starts with a warm-up, followed by resistance training to build strength and boost metabolism, some cardiovascular work (boxing is a popular favourite), and finishes with stretching to improve flexibility.

Every session is tailored to you, so it will always reflect your goals, fitness level, and what you enjoy.

Yes. While face-to-face sessions tend to deliver the best results, virtual training is a great alternative when in-person training isn’t possible. Just email me to find out more.

We train at Anytime Fitness Croxley Park — a well-equipped, welcoming gym right in Croxley Park, Watford. It’s open 24/7 and has everything you need for strength, cardio, functional training and classes, plus free parking and a friendly community vibe.

Whether you’re working on strength, fitness, or general health goals, it’s a great place to get solid workouts in and track your progress together.
