30-minute gym sessions are ideal if you want effective, focused training without needing to block out a full hour. Every minute counts. Sessions are carefully planned to maximise results in a short time and typically include:

You don’t need hours in the gym to make progress. With the right structure and coaching, 30 minutes is more than enough to build strength, improve fitness, and stay on track.

All sessions are 30 minutes long and have a 4 month time limit on except 100 sessions where there is a 1 year time limit

Most clients train with me at Anytime Fitness Croxley, a modern, premium gym set within the beautiful Croxley Park business estate. The space is well-equipped, spacious, and ideal for focused one-to-one training.
Prefer not to train in the gym? I’m fully flexible and can also train you at home, in your home gym, or outdoors.
